Did you know?
Breastfeeding is a great way to bond with Your Child, and it keeps you both healthy. So, doctors and the WHO (World Health Organization) strongly recommend exclusive breastfeeding for at least 6 months. If you can’t breastfeed, consider pumping options, as your breast milk is still better for Your Child than formulas, even when it's not drawn directly from your breast. Always make sure to maintain a healthy diet and refrain from alcohol, cigarettes, and medications without first consulting your doctor. Your Child is going to be on the receiving end of whatever you eat.
