One way to get Your Child to eat solid foods is through what’s known as baby-led weaning (BWL). With this method, instead of traditionally feeding Your Child with a spoon, you present your little one with a variety of finger foods with different textures and tastes — for example, well-cooked pasta, boiled potatoes, bananas, and soft vegetables. However, before you start BLW, make sure your little one is ready to have solid food. Also, you must know everything about the method, including learning how to prepare the food, knowing the difference between gagging and choking, and knowing what to do in case of an emergency.
