If your child is still having milk exclusively, aim to feed no more than 32 ounces of formula daily or 4 - 8 ounces at each feeding if it’s breastfeeding. If Your Child is having solid food, feed up to two meals daily, with each meal 2 to 4 tablespoons. Offer foods such as iron-fortified single-grain baby cereal and pureed vegetables, fruits, and meats.
