Fossil evidence shows that your and Your Child's ancestors may have begun walking upright as early as seven million years ago. Recent studies on modern humans show that walking is not only great for getting around but also very necessary for healthy living. Children already know that. At age 3, Your Child will easily walk 10,000 steps a day. Some kids that were tracked at the Fuji Kindergarten in Tokyo were found to run, on average, 4 kilometers in the morning alone.
