I understand, mama — excessive salivation during pregnancy can be very uncomfortable. Some moms continue to experience it into the second trimester.

Here are a few things that may help:
    • Sip cold water often
    • Chew sugar-free gum or suck on sugar-free mints
    • Eat small, frequent meals
    • Avoid smells or foods that trigger nausea

If the symptoms are severe or affecting your daily life, it’s a good idea to talk to your doctor again or get a second opinion.

Sending you support — this usually gets better as the pregnancy goes on. 💛
