I’m 25 years old, first pregnancy, and every time I go to my OB she said, “everything is normal”. So I’m just curious if I need to get one, because I’m kind of scare to lose my baby.

Initially, at your age, you are at high risk of developing the disease (Down syndrome), so an amniocentesis is not necessary, But I recommend that you do some screening tests, such as NIPT (Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing) or quadruple test.
