After giving birth, many women suffer mental health problems. Some moms develop those problems due to the trauma they experienced while giving birth, but other moms develop them because they are overwhelmed with the difficulty of caring for the baby. If you think you are experiencing depression, just know that it is common and speak with someone about it. If you're unsure, ask yourself whether you are having negative thoughts, have constant anxiety, have changes in your eating habits, or have problems falling asleep? If you check all the boxes, maybe it's time to seek help.
