Don't forget to make time for yourself: leave Your Child with someone you trust and take 30 minutes each day to exercise, read, or go out without Your Child . If you don't have anyone to help or you feel anxious or guilty taking time away from Your Child , schedule your me-time when your little one is napping. You can set an alarm a few minutes before Your Child is due to wake up.
