Taking care of yourself is good for both you and your baby. Don't forget to make time for yourself: leave Your Child with someone you trust and take 30 minutes each day to exercise, read, or go out without Your Child. If you don't have anyone to help or you feel anxious or guilty taking time away from Your Child, schedule your me-time when your little one is napping. You can set an alarm a few minutes before Your Child is due to wake up.
