Fossil evidence shows that your and Your Child's ancestors may have begun walking upright as early as seven million years ago. Research on modern humans shows that walking is not only great to get around but also very important for good health. Children already know that. At age 3, Your Child will easily walk 10,000 steps a day. Some kids who were tracked at the Fuji Kindergarten in Tokyo were found to run, on average, 4 kilometers in the morning alone.
