If your favorite activity, hobby or pastime keeps you seated for an extended period, make sure you allow at least 30 minutes each day to get physically active. Doing this will keep your body and mind healthy and alleviate motherhood's nuances along the likes of weight gain and postpartum depression. If exercise isn't your thing, find an activity that will get your body moving, such as going out for a leisurely walk or dancing by yourself. In a year and a half, you may be dancing around with Your Child, so why not start today ;)
