If Your Child still has a lot of energy before bedtime, help your little one to wind down by offering them a calm activity, such as drawing, coloring, or storytime. You may also turn on some relaxing music to help Your Child drift off. If Your Child is allowed to watch TV, keep it below 30 minutes per day, and don’t schedule it close to bedtime.
