Simple yoga poses that work as a natural remedy for fighting back pain — one of the most common pregnancy symptoms.
Find a space on the ground where you can get on all four.
Follow these two steps:
Step 1: Get on your hands and knees, spreading them apart as wide as the width of your hips. If your knees hurt, put a mat or rug under them.
Step 2: Arch your back while breathing in slowly, and bend while breathing out. Repeat 5 times.
Keep in mind that you need to be extra careful during any form of exercise. If any pose makes you feel pressure or pain, do not continue with it.
